Music Experience/Projects
Founder/Creative Director for Voodis Creative Collective, 2020-present
Resident Life Advisor for Voodis House, 2022-present
Conceptualize and produce two hip hop/jazz fusion albums. Design and create a clothing line utilizing embroidery and upcycling, coordinated and designed fashion shows, set up gigs and performed, serve as creative director and project manager, promote and manage a brand and help artists bring their ideas to fruition.
Serve as Resident Life Advisor, treasurer and house manager for Voodis House Co-Op on Lawrence Campus. Oversee management of music/sound equipment purchase and maintenance, meal planning/groceries, home cleaning/maintenance schedule for 15 residents. Cook meals and organize/coordinate on-site concerts/shows and other events.
Creator/Project Manager for five jazz albums, 2017- present
Initiate, organize, arrange, perform piano and serve as distributor, producer and lead promoter for three jazz albums. Managed music project from start to finish and collaborated with seven peers. Successfully placed albums with all major streaming services.
Performer/Jazz Pianist, 2016- present
Seek out/book opportunities to regularly perform at Austin, TX, Asheville, NC, and
Appleton, WI area restaurant, cafes, and galleries as a solo jazz pianist and in jazz combos.
Student & Mentor/Private Piano Lessons, 2009-present
Began classical lessons starting at 8 years old, and began studying jazz at 15. Lessons focus on technical skills, transposition, improvisation and repertoire. Continue to seek out new mentors/learn new musical styles. Have studied closely with Bill Carrothers, Luther Allison, Dan Redner, and many more.
Teaching Assistant, Advanced & Beginner Middle School Jazz Band, 2017-2020
Conducted MS Jazz band at Winter Concert, Headwaters School. Taught 6th-8th graders how to read music, understand music theory, and provide feedback on solos, as well as implement lesson plan and provide mentorship to both regular and advanced jazz bands.
Delegate to Tanzania, Experiment in International Living, 2019
Chosen to participate in an immersive homestay language and cultural study in Tanzania; funded through a self-generated Go Fund Me Campaign. Projects included producing music with local musicians and leading a music project with peers and agricultural work.
Pianist/Scholarship Recipient, Brevard Jazz Institute ~Brevard Music Center, NC 2016-2020
Auditioned for, practiced and performed in jazz combos, big bands; participated in individual lessons and received mentoring from nationally-known professional musicians including Michael Dease, David Sanborn, Ulyssess Owens Jr., Luther Allison and more. Performed in the Western North Carolina area and had master classes with guest artists.

Drove a mobile embroidery studio/truck throughout New York City, managing and coordinating on-site embroidery pop ups at special events and employee events. Responsibilities included overseeing embroidery process, operating a model ABC123 machine, customer service, financial management, marketing, scheduling, social media promotion and general office and marketing admin. duties. Clients included Urban Outfitters, Spotify and the US Open.
